The story of Duverger began with a french couple who brought with them the secret of the little almond cookie from Paris. It continued with adding a pinch of childhood flavors and a great deal of love and devotion. Today Duverger still handmakes each macaron using only natural and organic ingredients with absolutely no artificial flavors, colors or preservatives. They only use real and raw ingredients, like fresh blueberries and vanilla bean, to produce unrivald natural flavors that is impossible any other way. Each macaron is made by hand in their kitchen. And you’ll never find a trace of artificial flavoring, so called natural compounds, or premixes in theirr macarons.
